Located in Dubai’s Palm West Beach area, Koko Bay is a Balinese-inspired licensed beach bar and restaurant that is the perfect place in Dubai city for relaxing and recharging. And is my favourite of all time in Dubai.

For Boho, Bali, island style lovers, this beach bar in Dubai has the best chill vibe, music (house music most of the time), decoration, aesthetic interior design both outdoor and indoor.
What’s more, the Palm West Beach is quieter than beaches in city centres, and you can enjoy a great view of the Dubai Marina skyline and sunset while swimming, sipping cocktails, and vibing at Koko Bay Dubai.
During Christmas time, they also decorate and play music in a very festive way!
Food at Koko Bay Dubai
Rating: 8/10
Here they provide diverse food choices from Western to Asian. The kind I order the most is Asian food, with options such as Hong Kongese dim sum, Thai food, Indonesian fried rice, sushi, and they all taste great. You can also find grilled octopus, poke bowl, acai bowl, burger, steak, and more in their western food range.

Dubai Koko Bay Day Pass Price
Although you may feel annoyed that people have to pay the fee to enjoy the place and the price at Koko Bay isn’t the greatest, I personally think this is how we get a quieter and more quality atmosphere without having too many kids running around screaming or drunk people shouting. And the vibe and design is worth the money, plus the price you pay for sunbed and cabana is fully redeemable on food and drinks. So everytime I think of going somewhere chill and enjoying my day off, I tend to visit this beach bar in Dubai.

When is the best time to travel to Dubai UAE?
Due to the weather conditions, the best time to travel to Dubai is definitely from October to the end of March, with temperatures ranging from 26-35 degrees Celsius most of the time. This is when outdoor activity-related businesses start operating again and you can truly enjoy outdoor activities such as desert safari trips, visiting the best beach bars in Dubai, kite surfing, exploring themed parks, and more. It is also the time when locals and expats finally feel willing to step out of their air-conditioned rooms for a while.
Why don’t people go out much during the summer in Dubai and the UAE? Because temperatures can rise up to 50 degrees Celsius. It is way too hot and uncomfortable to be outdoors without AC for more than 10 minutes, the air is so thick that sometimes I couldn’t even breathe outside while walking.
